Before creating a new account, check if your organization already has a PASSPort account and confirm with your Vendor Admin that you’ve been added as a contact.

Once added, create and verify your NYC.ID using your email address before logging in. ✅

These quick steps can help you access PASSPort faster and stay focused on doing business with New York City.
