That’s a wrap on ITA Talks #6: Meat & Mingle — an evening full of flavor, insight, and great company.

From engaging conversations on Italian food and culture to a delicious tasting menu highlighting the topics of the evening - Italian Salumi and Red Wines - the event brought together passionate voices and curious minds.

Beginning with opening remarks from Erica Di Giovancarlo, Trade Commissioner and Executive Director for the United States, the evening flowed into a lively conversation with guest speakers Francesco Lupo of Ferrarini who spoke about all things Salumi and Susannah Gold of Vigneto Communications who shared insights about delicious red wines from 10 Italian regions. Andrew Cotto of Appetito Magazine moderated the discussion and led the audience through Q&As.

The evening ended with a themed tasting menu by Chef Fabrizio Facchini — a true celebration of Italian excellence.
