Special thanks to New Tripoli and Lynnport Fire companies for holding community first aid training classes for Lehigh County 4H clubs. Attendees came from Dauphin, Carbon and Lehigh counties for CPR training and the St. Luke’s Stop the Bleed Trauma Education program.

Yesterday evening, members from New Tripoli Fire Company and Lynnport Community Fire Company came together for a productive hands-on training session focused on hose line advancement, nozzle operations, and drafting operations.

Crews worked on advancing attack lines to simulated fire conditions while reinforcing communication, teamwork, and proper hose handling techniques. Members also practiced establishing a reliable water supply through drafting operations, allowing personnel to gain valuable experience operating pumps and moving water efficiently.
