Springfield Township & New Middletown to Celebrate
America’s 250th Birthday with Community Parade

In the spirit of America’s 250th birthday celebration, Springfield Township and the Village of New Middletown are proud to announce a community parade and celebration planned for Sunday, July 12.

The parade route will begin at Calla Road and travel south along State Route 170, ending at Springfield Local High School. Parade lineup will begin at 3:30 p.m., with the parade stepping off at 5:00 p.m.

Following the parade, the celebration will continue at the high school with food trucks, live music, and community fellowship for all ages.

Residents, local organizations, businesses, car clubs, first responders, and neighboring communities are invited to take part in this patriotic event — whether by joining the parade or gathering along Main Street to enjoy the festivities from their favorite viewing spot.

This is a great opportunity for our communities to come together and celebrate our nation’s history, hometown pride, and community spirit.
