We were pleased to sponsor another year of "Every 15 Minutes" at the HS yesterday, a program designed to teach our juniors and seniors about the reality of driving under the influence.
Thank you to our partners, the NPPD, NPFD, EMS, and NPHS for collaborating with us.
A special thank you to Mr. Chango, Student Assistance Counselor extraordinaire, Diane Bilicska and her makeup team, our courtroom lawyers and judge, John Pellum and his Jersey Art Productions team, and Joe Narciso for his artistic vision.
Many thanks to all of our volunteers behind the scenes who made this day run smoothly.

If you are a student or parent who participated in Every 15 Minutes this year or in years past, we would love to hear how this program had an impact on you! Please email us and share your story: [email protected]

Announcing the New Providence Alliance and Union County Volunteer of the Year, Diane Bilicska Pereira! 🎉

Diane has been a staunch supporter of the NP Alliance since her tenure as NPHS PTSA president (2017-2022). During that time, Diane created a Mental Health and Wellness Committee for the PTSA, pulled in parents who eventually became the coordinator for the NP Alliance and the chair for the New Providence Mental Health Advocacy & Education Committee, and endeavored to strengthen the connection between the NPHS and the NP Alliance.

Diane’s greatest accomplishment with the New Providence Alliance is her contribution to our Every 15 Minutes program. She has volunteered countless hours as our “makeup extraordinaire,” making our mock car accident come to life and helping to provide our students with a meaningful learning experience. While on the Every 15 Minutes scene, she also helped with any necessary jobs, making our film and experience run smoothly.
Diane has dedicated so much of her life to service in our town. As PTA President, Cub Scout Den leader, Borough Councilwoman, coach, teacher, and Alliance volunteer she has had a positive impact on countless members of our community.

Congratulations, Diane! And thank you for all you do! đź’š
