The library will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. Stop by today (Friday) to get stocked up for the weekend - books for all ages and genres, games, movies, activity kits, etc.

Story Time at the Library will begin September 14th. This is a FREE program. It will be held every Monday at 10:00 a.m in the library with Mrs. Beutler. The books, games, activities, etc. are geared towards age 3 to 6, though all ages are welcome. This is a structured program - participants will learn to sit together, listen, share, take turns, etc.
If your child is planning to attend, please send us a reply to this post, send us an email, give us a call, or stop by the library to let us know.
Why do libraries offer story time??
*To demonstrate early literacy skills
*To expose adults and children to quality literature.
*To offer young children an opportunity to be a part of a group
setting.
*To help children develop a lifelong love of reading and books.
