Members of the University Police at New Paltz, the Carmel PBA, and family and friends of Gary Pietropaolo came out in full force for our bi-annual Route 32 road cleanup this weekend!! We finally had some beautiful weather, sunshine, warm air, and a light breeze.

The first photo depicts a group of about 20 people wearing traffic safety vests, some holding garbage grabbers, and garbage bags. The group is standing in front of a sign the reads "Adopt-a-highway program, next 1.0 miles, in memory of Police Officer Gary J Pietropaolo." The other two photos show people in traffic safety vests, carrying orange bags and garbage grabbers walking along the side of the road performing the cleanup.

❄️ Penguin patrol reporting for duty! ❄️

Not only did the Arctic decide to give us a visit but so did Snow Miser.

Ulster County is under a travel ban.
Reasons to leave - None, everywhere is closed.

Reasons to stay in - warmth & a cozy bed. Play video games, FaceTime friends/family, build a puzzle, watch a show, do your schoolwork.

If you must leave it better be for Peregine dining hall or a snowman building competition. Show us your best work.

Seriously, please stay in unless it’s a real emergency. Do not hesitate, please call us. We’d be happy to assist and would love to help you.

Stay safe. Stay warm! ❄️ UPD
