Good morning, Colonial Family! πŸ’™β€οΈ

We have an important update regarding the upcoming 2026-2027 school year as we navigate ongoing construction at Conewago Township Elementary (CTE).

After working closely with the Department of Education, local municipalities, and emergency services, we have secured approvals to temporarily adjust our school locations for the 2026-2027 school year only:

Grades K–2: All district K–2 students will attend New Oxford Elementary.

Grade 3: All district 3rd graders will join the 4th–6th grade students at Conewago Valley Intermediate School.

πŸ“… Please note: Our 2026-2027 Academic Calendar remains unchanged! A link to the 2026-27 academic calendar is in the comments

We know you likely have questions, and more detailed information will be shared with families shortly. Thank you for your patience, flexibility, and continued support as we prepare for another successful school year!

105 years ago ... on April 15, 1921, the students and staff of the New Oxford Public School posed for this picture. Notice how empty the surrounding space appears! How many changes to the Peter St. Building and neighborhood can you identify?

Ladies and Gentlemen ... presenting the New Oxford High School Band! The sign in the front row says that they were "State Champions" in 1936, 1937, and 1939, showing that we have a long history of music excellence. The picture was probably taken in the 1940's. Can you identify any of the people in the picture or add more information?
