The Institute for Local Innovations (ILI) exists out of a desire to see innovative and sustainable progress made in efforts to improve the lives of low wealth individuals, families, and communities. ided by servant leaders versed in cross skill collaborative strategies for shared visioning, problem solving and implementation. Servant leaders and other professionals enhance their capacity to provide services through continuous learning which: 1) Builds upon cross generational community development successes and 2) results in continual improvements in the quality of life of diverse community stakeholders. ILI supports the field of community development by deploying service providers from diverse professions, expertise and experiences, committed to the building of economically and socially healthier communities. Essentially, ILI matches need and most appropriate talent by working to understand the specific need (often a set of needs) of potential or on-going clients and, provide them the ILI experts with the skills and experience best suited to the achieving desired outcomes.
