Fond Farewell

If the celebration includes a second line, it might be in New Orleans! Team 377 gathered to honor Brenda Boisseau-Jackson for her outstanding service as the manning branch chief for the command's personnel section. Ms. Boisseau-Jackson, who also retired from the U.S. Army Reserve as a master sergeant after 29 years, dances off with 31 years of total federal service. The 377th TSC thanks her for her dedication and commitment to taking care of Soldiers--Congratulations!

Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation, both in war and peace. While it became an official federal holiday in 1971, this tradition of remembrance goes back to the years just after the Civil War, when it was known as Decoration Day. Today, that same spirit lives on as we honor the heroes who gave everything in service to our country.

Answering the call

They took the Oath of Enlistment on Armed Forces Day, a powerful prelude to Memorial Day weekend. Because of the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, freedom lives on—and this next generation stands ready to defend it.
Thank you to the fallen, and to those stepping up to serve.
