Southeast Louisiana Urban Flood Control Project - SELA Orleans

Col. Cullen Jones, commander, New Orleans District, was joined at the SELA 26, Florida Avenue Phase IV, project site by Ghassan Korban, Executive Director at the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans, for a status update of ongoing work. The SELA Project, which includes the Florida Avenue project, works in tandem with the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans drainage system to reduces the risk of flooding to more than 1 million residents in Orleans and Jefferson Parishes.
