The New Orleans Charter Science and Mathematics High School is an open-admission public charter school that prepares all students for college admissions and successful careers. If students did not previously receive their mini-diplomas or homecoming items from Ms. Hills-Williams, they are available. Also, if students would like extra graduation announcements to share, they are available.

Big congratulations to our very own senior, Elias Tilton, for earning Gold Medalist honors at the Regional NAACP ACT-SO Competition!

Elias was awarded a cash prize, a scholarship, and an all-expenses-paid trip to Nationals in Chicago this July. We are incredibly proud of his hard work, talent, and dedication as he continues to represent our school with excellence.

A job well done to Leif-Samuel Dawson for being hand picked to meet Senator Troy Carter. Leif gave the Senator a tour of unCommon Construction’s new facility and is in his 3rd year with the organization. He’s an intern and is currently a Crew Leader guiding his peers on site building houses and at unCommon Construction for other sessions and workshops.
