Family and Friends, just so you know, I buy houses everywhere. I aim to purchase at least 50 properties by year's end. Specifically, I seek properties that are a headache, money pit, wanting to sell and may be upside down, or simply sitting there. If you know of anyone looking to sell such a property, please reach out. I offer $1,000 referral fees for any closed deals.

Sometimes the practice of law can be very tiresome and stressful. However, it is worth it when after you go to trial you can call your clients, and tell them that the Judge came back in your favor with over a million dollar ($1M) judgment. Well...TODAY WAS THAT DAY!! It is very rewarding know that you are able to help secure families futures when their loved one have been hurt or when life is lost. TODAY WAS A GREAT DAY!!

Family and Friends I have (URGENT) news that I want to share with you. XARELTO is a new generation drug that has been prescribed to take the place of the long standing blood thinner Coumadin (warfarin). Blood thinners are prescribed for individuals to prevent blood clots, strokes and for patients with atrial fibrillation (abnormal heartbeat). Patients that take Coumadin have a diet that limits certain vegetables that are high in vitamin K and are required to have monthly blood tests to make sure the blood thinner is continually working. XARELTO’s big selling point is that there are no dietary restrictions so there is no need for monthly blood work. If someone has a bleeding problem while on Coumadin, they simply infuse with vitamin K and fresh frozen plasma and the bleeding can be controlled (this is the antidote).

The Problem:

There is no known antidote to XARELTO – meaning if a bleed occurs there is no known way to stop it.

The Medical Consequences:

• Brain hemorrhaging
• Gastrointestinal hemorrhage
• Gastrointestinal bleedings
• Adrenal bleeding
• Re**al bleeding
• Stroke
• Death

If you, a family member, and/or family friend have taken XARELTO and need more information regarding legal rights please inbox me. THIS IS NOT SPAM!

Today is a special day for me. Today marks the 3rd anniversary of when I was officially sworn into the bar as a practicing attorney.(sidenote...I do find it pretty cool that it is on Cinco de mayo.) For those that know me and my story, know how it was a difficult journey for me to get to that point. I am not ashamed to admit that it took me two years before I passed. During those two years it was very frustrating to sacrifice all my time and energy to continuously get rejected. I missed out on special events, birthday, parties, random get togethers, etc. I had gotten through law school and later received my LL.M; this was the last thing I was going to do is make it to the end and be denied. There were many days I wanted to quit, and figure something else with my life. But during those two years I never quit on the goals that I had set for myself. No matter how tired or frustrated I got I would always remember the words of my father; "No matter how bad things get everything will pass with time." He was absolutely correct. All we have to do is weather the storm. Once the storm ends the sun always comes back out immediately. I weather that "storm" for two years, and now I am working for a phenomenal firm where I am servicing clients that have been hurt badly in accidents, and I am able to make them whole by putting hundreds of thousands of dollars in their hands. To see the smiles on their faces makes that "storm" worth sitting through. I say to all, anything worth having is worth fight for. If it were easy then everyone would have it.

Today turned out to be a great day. I had the honor and pleasure of representing a client who was involved in motor vehicle accident with an 18 wheeler. After months of treatment and surgery I was able to resolve his claim well into the 6 figures. After it is all said and done, it is such a humbling experience to see the joy and happiness you bring to people when you provide a great service for them when they trust you to preserve their rights,
provide proper health care, and make them whole financially. I am truly blessed. I continue to look forward to whatever is in store for me, and I welcome all challenges.

In essence, "The ruling means a wealthy liberal or conservative donor can give as much money as desired to federal election candidates across the country, as long as no candidate receives more than the $5,200 cap.
While most people lack the money to make such a large total donation to election campaigns, the ruling clears the way for more private money to enter the system.
In effect, it expands the loosening of campaign finance laws that occurred with the high court's Citizens United decision in 2010 that eased campaign spending by outside groups." Unfortunately this opens the door to politicians being bought to serve the interest of certain people rather than "the People".

If you're rich and want to give money to a lot of political campaigns, the Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that you can.
