Delgado switching to virtual operations on Thursday, June 18, 2026
Due to anticipated weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Arthur, Delgado Community College will operate virtually on Thursday, June 18. Students, please check your Canvas for course assignments and communications. All employees will work remotely and should check with their supervisors for further instruction.
The virtual operation includes all campuses and sites with the exception of the Maritime and Industrial Training Center, which will open for designated training only. All Maritime Center administrative staff will operate virtually. Please contact Rick Schwab ([email protected]) with any questions related to the Maritime Center.
Please continue to monitor updates on our website at dcc.edu, as well as on Delgado’s Facebook, Instagram, and X pages for the latest information. Timely updates regarding campus operations will be shared as the situation evolves.
