Today is the kind of day that reminds us why Career and Technical Education matters.

Tristen Ford officially signed into the Laborers International Union of North America; a huge step toward a future built with hard work, determination, and opportunity. Watching students turn their skills into real careers is something we never take for granted.

Success doesn’t always look the same for every student, but moments like this prove that dedication, perseverance, and hands-on learning can open incredible doors. We could not be more proud to watch Tristen begin a career that will help build communities and create a strong future.
