The purpose of the Lake Linganore Dolphins Swim team is to provide a quality competitive and instructional summer swim team program for ages 5-18. We believe swimming is an outstanding summer activity that promotes fitness and teaches an athlete to strive for physical performance beyond what would be possible in other sports. Swimming is an exciting individual and team sport. Our goal is to teach

young athletes how to set and achieve personal goals through consistent hard work, respect for coaches and officials, and develop a fun-loving competitive environment through commitment, teamwork, and pride.

Have questions about the Time Trials/Mock Meet on Thursday? We've got you!

Q: Is it a mandatory meet?
A: No, this is a mock meet that is completely optional. Do we encourage any swimmers to come? Of course! The more the merrier. It's beneficial for returning swimmers to start the season with updated times and for new swimmers to have times (instead of NT), but this is not a mandatory meet and if you can't make it, that's okay!

Q: When do we need to declare our swimmer?
A: If you plan to participate, your swimmer needs to be declared via SwimTopia by Monday, 6/1.

Q: How do I declare my swimmer?
A: Log into your account or the SwimTopia app and:
- Open the Time Trials event
- Tap Meet Sign‑Up
- Tap Edit
- Mark your swimmer as “Attending this Meet”
- Save before exiting ✔️
- Must be Declared by Monday June 1st to participate

GREAT NEWS! Our sizing kits have arrived just in time for the start of practices! 🎉 Swimmers will be able to try on suits THIS THURSDAY 5/28 FROM 5:00–7:30pm. We will also have them available to try-on during practice on Friday and Saturday this week. If you choose to order these *optional* suits, please place your order through the Team Store (linked in our bios, on the website, and in your e-mail) by Saturday 5/31 at 11:00am to be included in the first batch.

Sizes available for try‑on:
Girls sizes 4–14
Ladies sizes 8–16
Boys sizes 4–14
Mens sizes 12–24

Note: Swimmers must be dry and wearing undergarments when trying on suits. Thank you for your cooperation!
