Saddened by the loss of Sara Chaney. Sara definitley an icon in not only the City of New London, Connecticut but across the State of Connecticut. Always making sure to bring out the best in how we should be. Sara has been such an enormous influence, educator and staunch advocate to helping many of us and will be dearly missed. Prayers of comfort and great memories to the Chaney family, friends and neighbors.

Miss Lottie's Cafe is always a wonderful show. Lauri E. Smalls will portray Gladys Knight backed by Miss Lottie's Café Band. Ms.Smalls has sung with the local affiliate of the Harlem Gospel Choir, RPM voices, the Jewels Choir, and the Voices of Unity and True Worship. She has been featured at Providence Performing Arts Center singing with the Exalt Choir. The evening will honor the music of the Empress of Soul with a soulful performance by Ms.Smalls, a jazz and gospel singer who is also pastor of the historic Union Baptist Church in New Bedford, MA.
