An important message about Men's Mental Health from some of our team.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, but we know symptoms, their severity, stigma, and access to care can change monthly, daily, even hourly. We can help you navigate these without judgement, many of us having lived experience with mental health ourselves.

We encourage you to explore NAMI Connecticut & NAMI and follow them for insights that may help you, your loved ones, and those in your community.

Yon mesaj enpòtan sou Sante Mantal Gason yo soti nan men kèk manm ekip nou an.

Me se Mwa Sansibilizasyon sou Sante Mantal, men nou konnen sentòm yo, gravite yo, estigma yo, ak aksè a swen ka chanje chak mwa, chak jou, menm chak èdtan. Nou ka ede w navige nan sa yo san jijman, anpil nan nou gen eksperyans viv ak sante mantal tèt nou.

Nou ankouraje w pou w eksplore NAMI Connecticut & NAMI epi swiv yo pou jwenn enfòmasyon ki ka ede w, moun ou renmen yo, ak moun ki nan kominote w la.

We asked our team, "What would you say to someone who is struggling with their mental health right now?". Here's what we'd want to share 🧠💞

🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

Nou te mande ekip nou an, "Kisa ou ta di yon moun k ap lite ak sante mantal li kounye a?". Men sa nou ta renmen pataje!

"Though there’s no single cause for these challenges, stable and affordable housing is one evidence-based way to support people’s mental health—regardless of the severity of their mental health challenges or illness—throughout the life course."
