RESIDENTS – CenterPoint Energy and Miller Pipeline will be in the Village this spring and summer replacing most of the gas mains in the Village. Residents within the project area will be contacted by one of the contractors with general information. This is NOT a Village project, but the Village will continue to pass supplied information along to residents as needed. If you have any questions on this project you can contact any of the following:

RESIDENTS - We are aware of a couple spots in town that are currently without power from the winds that went through this morning. Our electric department is currently working to restore power to these areas, and have estimated power to be restored by 1:00pm. If you are currently experiencing a power outage, please call the Village office at 419-753-2160. We would like to make sure we are aware of everyone that is currently out. Thank you!

UPDATE: R&S Hauling and Sweeping will be back in town on Thursday March 26 to finish cleaning catch basins. If possible, try to avoid parking on top of catch basins during the day Thursday to allow room for cleaning. Thank you!

RESIDENTS: The Village has hired a private contractor to sweep the streets and clean out catch basins. They will be in town on Thursday March 12 & Friday March 13.

UPDATE- as of 10:00am all power to the Village has been restored. If you are still experiencing a power outage, please call the Village office at 419-753-2160.

RESIDENTS - We are aware that the entire Village is without power. An accident outside of the Village took a pole down that supplies power to the Village. Our crews are estimating that it will be 10:30 before power is restored.ebrgee ofcw

RESIDENTS: With the expected high wind gusts and very low temperatures, Village crews have been doing their best to push snow all the way to the curb, to avoid roads drifting shut over the next couple days. Although they have tried and will continue to try not to push snow back into plowed driveways and sidewalks, it may be unavoidable in some areas with the amount of snow that is on the ground. As a reminder, If you have vehicles parked along the curb, please move them periodically to help our crews continue to clean up the worst spots.
