Utility bills have been mailed. Per County Code, bills are due 30 days after the date of the bill. Late fees are added to all unpaid accounts after the due date. Utility accounts more than 75 days past due are subject to termination. As a reminder the FY 27 rates are now in effect.

If you do not receive your bill by September 10th, or if you have questions about your utility account, please contact New Kent Department of Public Utilities at 804-966-9676.

The due date for this bill is September 30, 2026.

Payments can be made to the Treasurer’s Office at 12007 Courthouse Circle or mailed to:
