Iberia Parish Clerk of Court The Clerk of Court is the Clerk of the District Court for his parish and is the Ex-Officio Recorder of deeds, mortgages, elections and other instruments.

Additionally, our office issues Marriage Licenses, Birth and Death Certificates and Passports.
