New Holstein Utilities Utility service provider for the City of New Holstein and outlying townships.

NHU provides electric, water, wastewater and water softener service for the City of New Holstein. We also provide electric and water softeners for the townships of Brothertown, Charlestown, New Holstein, Eaton and Schleswig.

Power Restoration Update

We are happy to report that power was fully restored around 1:00 AM. We sincerely thank everyone for your patience, understanding, and support while our crews worked safely and quickly to restore service.

A special thank you goes out to our crews for their hard work and dedication throughout the outage. We truly appreciate our community’s patience during this time

Power has been restored to most of our customers. Customers north of Redwood Road will still be without power for a while longer. Our crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power as soon as they can.

⚠️ POWER OUTAGE UPDATE ⚠️

Our crews are currently working to restore power. Restoration efforts are taking longer due to numerous downed power lines, fallen trees, and broken poles throughout the area.

At this time, we anticipate restoration will take a minimum of 4 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work as quickly and safely as possible.
