🚨 TODAY IS THE BIG DAY! 🚨

The officers have been briefed. The aprons are on. The coffee is brewing. And at 8:00 a.m., the breakfast shift officially begins!

Come join us TODAY from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at Korner Kitchen in New Holstein and watch your local officers take on their most challenging assignment yet:

🍳 Taking orders
☕ Keeping the coffee coming
🥓 Delivering breakfast
🧽 Clearing tables
…and possibly even washing a dish or two!

All kidding aside, this is for a GREAT cause. Come enjoy an amazing meal while helping us raise funds for our Shop with a Cop Program. Bring the family. Bring your friends. Bring your appetite. We’ll bring the officers. What could possibly go wrong? 😂

Come eat. Come laugh. Come support Shop with a Cop. We’ll see you at Korner Kitchen!

Twenty-five years have passed since the towers fell.

September 11, 2001, changed our nation forever. Behind the images and the headlines were thousands of lives lost, families forever changed, and first responders who ran toward danger while others were running away.

Today, we remember the police officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and other first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. We honor their courage, their selflessness, and their commitment to protecting others.

We also remember the countless first responders who survived, but continue to carry the physical and emotional scars of that day.

We will never forget their sacrifice. We will never forget their service. We will never forget.

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — Remembered today and every day. 🇺🇸

Welcome Back to School, Huskies!

We would like to take a moment to welcome everyone back to school this morning! We hope all of our students, families, teachers, and staff have a safe, successful, and wonderful school year.

As our community gets back into the school-year routine, we all have a role to play in keeping our kids safe. Please slow down, stay alert, and remember that a few extra seconds of caution can make a big difference.

🚶 Watch for pedestrians — especially children who may be crossing streets or walking near school entrances.
🚗 Slow down in school and parking areas and watch carefully for children, buses, and other vehicles.
🚌 Stop for school buses when their red lights are flashing. Never pass a stopped school bus.
📵 Put the phone down and stay focused while driving.
❤️ Be patient and courteous — busy school mornings can be hectic, but safety comes first.

Parents, students, drivers, and neighbors — let's all do our part to make getting to and from school safe for everyone.

Have a great first day, Huskies! And remember: Slow down. Stay alert. Keep our kids safe.
