🚨 ATTENTION ROCHESTER & FULTON COUNTY! 🚨

On June 8, 2026, Reichert & Knepp will begin serving Rochester and Fulton County from our new location at 2964 E. Fort Wayne Avenue, the longtime home of Wilson's Tow & Transport. While the name on the building may be changing, our goal remains simple: provide dependable, professional towing and recovery service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are grateful for the opportunity to continue the legacy of service established here and look forward to building relationships throughout Rochester and the surrounding area for years to come.

The Wilson's story at this location began in 1986 when Loren Wilson built the shop that many in the area have come to know. In 1994, Loren expanded into towing and recovery, building a reputation for helping motorists and businesses throughout the region.

A big part of that history is Paul Shanklin. Paul began his career at Parkway Body Shop in 1985, worked at Hammel Body Shop until 1993, and then joined Loren Wilson. After years of dedication and hard work, Paul purchased the business from Loren in 2006 and continued serving the Rochester area for the next two decades.

As Reichert & Knepp takes the next step in this location's history, we want to thank Paul and everyone who helped build the foundation of this business. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with Paul throughout this transition and appreciate his commitment to ensuring a smooth handoff for the community and customers he has served for so many years.

We would also like to wish Paul all the best as he begins to slow down and enjoy more time with family, friends, and the pursuits he enjoys most. His dedication to the Rochester community has left a lasting impact.
