May is Mental Health Awareness Month. It is a time to slow down and check in with yourself and the people around you. Your mental health matters just as much as your physical health. Even small moments of rest, reflection, or reaching out can make a difference. Start today, check in with yourself and reach out to someone you trust.

Throughout New Haven during the month of May, there are lots of events and trainings to help support your mental health and that of your community. We'll be highlighting events and resources throughout the month, so continue to check in here!
