Lights, Camera, Action! 🎬 ✨ Our CITs had an absolute blast visiting WPAA - TV and Community Media Center in Wallingford!

From meeting Penny the Penguin to posing in front of the green screen and placing themselves inside historical moments, our teens got a full interactive studio experience. 📸 🐧 They even got to interview on camera, tour the podcast rooms, and celebrate a great visit with ice cream sandwiches! 🍦

Our On-Site School Afterschool Program starts TODAY! Through our partnership with the New Haven After-School Initiative, students in grades K–4 can enjoy a safe, positive, and engaging environment designed to strengthen academic skills, encourage creativity, build confidence, and develop real-world skills. 💙

We’re excited to welcome our students and kick off an amazing year of learning, growing, and having fun! 🚀✨

Our CITs were back at work making a difference in Wallingford! 🧹 🍎

A big thank you to Masters Manna Inc. Food Pantry & Resource Center for having us. Our teens helped spruce up the facility by washing windows and tables, weeding, sweeping up the food pantries, and assisting local residents with their food shopping! 🤝 🛒

Special thanks to our CITs Allison and Domenica for contacting Master's Manna and coordinating the whole service day! We are so proud of our youth leaders for serving our community with pride. ❤️

Through the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater New Haven, your support helps provide a safe second home for local youth, giving them trusted mentors, meaningful opportunities, and a community where they know they belong. Every day after school, Club kids have a place to learn, grow, build friendships, and discover their potential in a safe and supportive environment. Together, we are ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive, both today and in the future.

A huge thank you to Masonicare for hosting out Counselors in Training (CITs) for an incredible day of community service! 🌸 🌱

Our teens had the amazing opportunity to work one-on-one with Masonicare residents to bring new life to their gardens--pulling weeds, planting colorful flowers, and setting up new vegetable plants to brighten up the space.

An extra special shoutout goes to two of our outstanding CITs, Domenica and Allison! 👏 They took full leadership of this project, communicating directly with Masonicare and planning the entire service day from start to finish. We are so proud of their initiative and the meaningful connections made with the residents! ❤️ 🌷

We are thrilled to announce that our club has received a generous donation from the Buffalo Wild Wings Foundation to support our youth programs!

Buffalo Wild Wings has been an incredible ongoing partner for us--always stepping up whenever we need delicious food for our community events and youth gatherings. Partnerships like this keep our Club running strong and ensure our kids always feel supported (and well-fed!). 🍗 ✨

Huge thanks to the Spanish Community of Wallingford for hosting us. Our booth was hopping with fun activities and awesome prizes, and we loved meeting so many new faces! 🎉

Did you know our Before & After School program serves youth from Kindergarten through 8th grade? We are proud to expand our services into new communities to give more kids a safe, supportive place to thrive before the bell rings and after school ends. 📚

We miss having ALL our Club Kids together under one roof — the fun, the laughter, the field trips, the chaos 😂 and the memories that made Summer 2026 one to remember! ❤️

A SPECIAL thank you to our very own North Haven 711, Carter’s, Amazon, our amazing parents, and all of our supporters for your generous donations and for helping make this summer so special! 🙌
