📸 Looking for Photographers – Prince Charming Ball (May 8th & 9th)

We’re looking for 1–2 photographers for the upcoming Prince Charming Ball with the New Hartford Central School District Foundation.

📅 Friday, May 8th & Saturday, May 9th
🕕 Event is 6–9 PM (we’d need you roughly 5:30–8:30)

What we need:
*Portrait photographer (main need)
*Single + group shots
*Must have your own setup (camera, lighting, backdrop)
*Possibly a second photographer for candid shots during the event

A few notes:
*This is a paid opportunity (we can go over details when we connect)
*We handle all photo distribution digitally - no need to track names, sell photos, etc.
*You can either plug into our system live or just send us the photos after

Looking for someone dependable who can help create a great experience for the kids and families.

We’re excited to share that all photos from the Prince Charming Ball are now FREE and included with every ticket — no forms, no payments, no hassle!

We’ve made it easier than ever to get your photos using facial recognition technology. Here's how it works:

➡️ Visit nhcsd.foundation/photos
➡️ Enter your mobile number
➡️ Upload or take a quick selfie (only used by the software — we don’t see it)

Once you're signed up, the system will automatically send you a message every time you appear in a photo from the event. You’ll be able to download and keep all your photos for free!

📷 Just like past years, we’ll still have a professional photographer on-site, and all of those photos are included in this service too.

You can sign up before, during, or after the event — whatever works best for you.
