We recently received emergency drinking water through -Busch’s Emergency Drinking Water for Wildland Firefighters program. This donation will go a long way in helping our firefighters stay safe during long calls, high heat, and wildfire response operations. We’re grateful to Anheuser-Busch and for supporting volunteer departments across the country, and to beverage network for delivering the water to our station! Learn more: www.nvfc.org/water

1. **Monitor Air Quality**: Stay informed by checking local air quality reports, as smoke can impact air quality, particularly for individuals with respiratory issues.

2. **Visibility**: Exercise caution while driving, as smoke can significantly reduce visibility. If you encounter smoke on the road, please slow down and remain aware of other drivers.

This evening, our members engaged in aerial operations, demonstrating remarkable skill and courage as they ascended a 75-foot ladder at nearly a 90-degree angle. It's a challenging feat that requires both strength and composure.

Dear Residents,

As many of you know, 2025 was an extremely active wildfire season in New Jersey, and Ocean County was no exception. With the 2026 New Jersey Wildfire Season approaching, we encourage all residents to start thinking about their Wildfire Prevention Plans.

Our beautiful community, nestled in the heart of the New Jersey Pine Barrens, is particularly at risk for wildfire events. To assist our friends and neighbors, we are offering complimentary Wildfire Risk & Hazard Assessments of your property.

If you are interested in having one of our teams assess your property and take advantage of this important opportunity, please send us a message.

Stay safe, and thank you for being proactive about wildfire prevention!
