Last Friday, we marked a significant moment of transition as Battalion Commander, Lt. Col Sheppard assumes Commander of the Harrisburg Recruiting Battalion. We welcome him and look forward to his leadership as we continue our mission.

We also acknowledge Battalion Commander, Lt. Col Geisinger's time in command and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.

Building stronger connections to fill critical vacancies!

The Harrisburg Recruiting Battalion hosts local Army Reserve leadership during a Reserve Recruiting Partnership Council (R2PC).

In attendance - Army Reserve Careers Group (ARCG), Army Reserve Ambassador (PA), Matthew Lissner, Penn State Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC), and Private Public Partnership Office (P3O).

The purpose of R2PC is to improve communications and mutual partnerships between the Harrisburg Recruiting Battalion and reserve units within Pennsylvania, to fill critical vacancies.
