Cluster of severe storms over Illinois will move into western portions of central Indiana through 8 PM and into the Indy Metro and central counties between 8 and 10 PM. All types of severe hazards are possible, including damaging winds to 80 mph, hail to 2 inches in diameter and tornadoes. Now is a good time to review your safety plan and ways to get warnings.

Tornadoes (some strong), destructive winds, and hail over 2 inches in diameter are possible today. Flash flooding may also occur. The most widespread severe weather is expected late this afternoon into the early overnight hours.
