Delmarva's Energy Customer Relief Fund is for ALL customers, including renters (which includes clients of NCCHA programs).

If you pay the bill, you may qualify for relief! ⚡️

Need Help with High Energy Bills?

The Delaware Delmarva Power (Delmarva Connect) Customer Relief Fund is a one-time assistance program created to help limited- and middle-income Delmarva Power customers manage higher energy costs. Funded by a charitable contribution from Exelon, the program is administered by United Way of Delaware.

To learn more and check your eligibility, visit uwde.org/utilityassistancede/ or dial 2-1-1 on your mobile phone and select option 6. The application portal will remain open until all funds are fully distributed.



Please Note: Customers who previously received Customer Relief Fund assistance (including Energize Delaware) are not eligible to apply again.
