***OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM NEW CASTLE MAYOR-ELECT KING***

Thank you. As your new mayor, expect a lot of change in New Castle in the coming years.

I want to advance New Castle to engage more of our youth in different projects. Our drug epidemic has gotten so out of hand and needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. Getting kids off the streets and engaged in fun and creative activities keep them away from drug dealers and even thinking about doing other harmful things.
This being said, there will be a lot more for adults to do as well.

Also, New Castle will become a friendly city, a business friendly city, and there will also be some changes within City Hall.

New Castle will become more engaged in keeping our town beautiful, friendly, and creative.

Keep watching for some of the changes after the first of the year.

To all of New Castle I give my love and may God bless each of you.

Congratulations and much love & respect to New Castle Mayor-Elect Mr. Bobby King ! In the closest race for Mayor in modern New Castle history, King edged out Benham 150 votes to 149 votes to become the new “KING” of The Castle! Excited for the KING era in the 40050 to begin!
