Have you heard about Mental Health First Aid? It is the initial help that is offered to someone experiencing a mental health crisis. It can be hard to recognize when someone may need assistance, or how to listen and provide reassurance.

If you want to be a Mental Health First Aider but don't know where to start, join this session and learn more!

Removing The Stigma of Substance Use Disorder/ Addiction
