5/30 Due to the high winds today, we will not be renting boats. We will update this post if the wind speeds cooperate into a safe speed. For the safety of our visitors and staff, we paused boat rentals when wind speeds exceed 11mph or sustained gusts of over 15mph.

The camp store will be open from 9am-7pm weekend.

As of 2:20pm, the campgrounds are currently without power. HCREMC is working on restoring power. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Boat Rental and the camp store will be closing at 3:30pm today. It will be open Sunday through Monday from 9a to 6:30p, with last boat back at 5:45pm. Sorry for any inconveniences. The main gate will remain open to sell any passes, stickers, magnets, and coffee cups. Thank you for understanding.

Keep the umbrella on hand this weekend! Light rain is spreading north toward the I-70 corridor this afternoon, then expect more light to moderate rainfall and an isolated lightning threat this evening into the overnight hours.
