Strong ability to develop and maintain cooperative, effective working relationships with other after the Bell leaders, School staff, families, and the community. Extensive problem solving ability. Ability to speak kindly with a child on their level. The willingness and ability to affirm the children and families who participate and after the bill. Being an empathetic listener. Coordinate tasks, including but not limited to; the schedule/routine of events and activities, being able to use the supplies provided, and being able to present materials and information to the children that is provided to you. Work with the supervisor to identify and enlist qualified people to join your team. Obtain and maintain a current CPR AED and first aid certification. Communicate regularly with your supervisor. Capability to accurately document and keep records for after the Bell, examples are: incident reports, sign in sheets, etc. Regularly lead sessions for after the bell. Willingness to meet with supervisor and other after the Bell leaders informal meetings. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities. Ability to speak in front of a group, telephone, electronic mail, or any other means necessary to communicate effectively. Must maintain a clear Indiana criminal history report. Must maintain good standing within the community. Must maintain the rule of three (always having three people present together for any event, movement, etc.) Other duties as assigned.
