We are excited to announce a new special resource-sharing partnership that will improve your access and choices to digital materials! The needs of our MCMLS patrons for digital items, including eBooks and eAudiobooks, has grown significantly. In March, we launched our own MCMLS OverDrive/Libby collection and have now joined this partnership that gives MCMLS patrons access to more than 500,000 digital items to help meet the demand.
Elizabeth Sargent, MCMLSโ Assistant Director of Support Services said, "An exciting part of MCMLS having our own OverDrive/Libby account is we have now officially expanded our partnership with Harris County Public Library beyond just print material. It also allows us to work with library systems such as the Houston Public Library, Beaumont Public Library System, Bryan College Station Public Library System, and Round Rock Public Library to expand our digital offerings."
