Kids will release from school at 2p and report immediately to the band hall. Aiming to leave school 🏫 at 4p and feeding the kids ⏰ 3p.
Can I get 2 or 3 volunteers to help with lunch handout! Please and thank you!

Band and color guard parents of The Eagle New Caney Band

Our first home game is around the corner.
That night during the the halftime show we need all hands on deck. I need a couple of parents to volunteer and help the students move the instruments down into the field. This usually is around 8:30 when the halftime show begins and it takes us no more than 20 minutes to do this.

Please consider volunteering a couple of minutes of your time, come meet the band students, Booster parents and get good pictures and videos of your kiddo while you are down in the field!!!

Remember you can order your food ATM head of time with the groovy bluebonnet with the phone number that's on the menu!!!

Donations/ Donaciones

Friday will be a busy day, we have the parent preview, the food truck sales and donation drive. Being said I need parent volunteers helping me and the kids unload donations! Please message me if you are available Friday after the presentation.
This year we decided to accept monetary donations to make it a little easier for you as a parent, no need to run to the store, just zelle, PayPal or give cash to us and we will buy snacks for the kids as it's needed. We run into the problem during the season where snacks expire, we try to use those with a sooner expiring shelf life first but sometimes we don't use them all and to avoid that we opened up money donations so we can buy as we need and as mentioned above, easier on you, no running to the store.

El viernes será un día muy ocupado. Tendremos la presentación para los padres, la venta de comida de los food trucks y la campaña de donaciones. Dicho esto, ¡necesito padres voluntarios que me ayuden a mí y a los estudiantes a descargar las donaciones! Por favor, mándenme un mensaje si están disponibles el viernes después de la presentación.
Este año decidimos aceptar donaciones monetarias para hacerlo un poco más fácil para ustedes como padres. Ya no es necesario correr a la tienda; simplemente pueden hacer una donación por Zelle, PayPal o en efectivo, y nosotros compraremos los refrigerios para los estudiantes conforme los vayamos necesitando.
Durante la temporada nos encontramos con el problema de que algunos refrigerios se vencen. Tratamos de utilizar primero los que tienen una fecha de vencimiento más próxima, pero a veces no logramos consumirlos todos. Para evitar desperdicios, decidimos aceptar donaciones monetarias, de manera que podamos comprar los refrigerios cuando realmente los necesitemos.
Y como mencionamos anteriormente, ¡también es mucho más fácil para ustedes! No tienen que preocuparse por ir a la tienda; nosotros nos encargamos de comprar lo que los estudiantes necesiten. ❤️🎶
