🚨 Attention to detail leads to arrest. 🚨

During a traffic stop, a PCT 4 Sergeant noticed something wasn't adding up. The license plate and U-Haul livery appeared to have been altered, prompting a closer look.
After a brief investigation, it was discovered the U-Haul had been reported stolen back in April. The driver was taken into custody and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

2nd Stolen U-Haul recovered this week.

Montgomery County Precinct 4 Deputies responded to Walmart regarding a possible theft. During the investigation, K9 Vinni was deployed for an open-air sniff of a vehicle. K9 Vinni gave a positive alert to the presence of narcotics. One female was placed into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG-1.

🚔 Third DWI Arrest Made Following Traffic Stop 🚔

While on patrol a Pct. 4 Deputy located a vehicle related to an attempt to locate call regarding a possible intoxicated/ reckless driver. After a brief investigation the driver was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.

🚔 Quick Attempt, Short Ride. 🚔

- A female suspect carrying a large quantity of methamphetamine attempted to evade a Montgomery County Precinct 4 Sergeant during a traffic stop. The attempt was short-lived, as the Sergeant quickly apprehended the suspect and took her into custody without further incident.

- Night Shift traffic stop results in a freshly stolen U-Haul vehicle recovered. The male driver has been placed into custody for 3rd degree felony Theft $30,000 or more but less than $150,000.

- Earlier today, a PCT 4 Deputy responded to a local business regarding a theft in progress. Upon arrival, the Deputy quickly located and detained the suspect. During the investigation, stolen merchandise was recovered from the suspect’s person. The suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with theft.
