A special full circle moment from our Senior Internship Program ❤️

This spring, senior Joel Ramos returned to as an intern for Ms. Tiani, his former 4th grade teacher. Years ago, Joel created a drawing for Ms. Tiani that she proudly held onto throughout the years. At the conclusion of his internship experience, Joel surprised her with a newly recreated version of that same artwork, this time as a graduating senior.

Beyond the artwork itself, the moment reflected something even bigger: the lasting relationships formed between students and teachers, and the lasting impact educators can have on a child’s growth long after they leave the classroom. We are grateful for educators like Ms. Tiani who continue to inspire, support, and guide all of our students every step of the way.

Field Day at ☀️⚽

Beautiful weather means it a perfect day for ! Our students spent the day rotating through exciting activity stations filled with teamwork, laughter, and friendly competition. If you could think it, they had it! There were soccer shootouts, hopper ball races, and egg-and-spoon relays, ring tosses, bounce houses, water games and, of course, a little music to bring together the fun!

Beyond the games, still remains one of our favorite past times to help our students build school pride, get outside, and, of course, enjoy the experience of being a kid!

A new tradition may have just been born at NCHS! ☀️

As part of RAMplify May, the RAMbassadors and the NCHS Counseling Department hosted the inaugural NCHS Spring Games, bringing a fresh twist to the traditional all-school picnic. Students enjoyed an epic relay race, food trucks, ice cream, cold brews, volleyball, live music from Mr. Gallo's band, and of course, the always-popular dunk tank.

Congratulations to Team Awesome for taking home the championship, and thank you to the NCHS PFA for helping bring the RAMbassador vision to life. What a great way to celebrate the final weeks of the school year! 🐏

Our kindergarten students were hard at work, creating heartfelt Mother’s Day keepsakes filled with creativity, technology, and love.

Using a combination of their art and tech skills, students colored paper flower pots that each had a special QR code. When scanned, the QR code would play a heartfelt recording from the student, sharing all the reasons why they treasured their mom.

Such a sweet Mother's Day momento that can be replayed again and again for years to come 💐
