Earlier this week it was announced that "Orange Crossings" in the City of Orange Township was awarded a 2024 Outstanding Implementation Award from the New Jersey Chapter of the American Planning Association! 🎉

Orange Crossings, located within the Reock Street Redevelopment Area and strategically connected to the Main Street and Central Orange Redevelopment Areas (CORA), all outlined in redevelopment plans prepared by the folks here at Nishuane Group. 📝 These plans outline goals to expand housing, stimulate economic activity along Main Street, and capitalize on proximity to the Orange and Brick Church train station. 🚉

Not only were we intimately involved with these redevelopment plans, we also managed the construction of the project on behalf of the City, one of the first projects where we offered these services. The synergy between these three plans was intentional, and something we leveraged during their development.
