🚨📞 PHONE AND EMAIL BARRAGE
TOMORROW: Wed 4/30 11:30-1:30pm EST

It’s been seven months since Dhenmark’s court hearing. His deportation process hasn’t even begun, forcing Dhenmark to endure horrible conditions under detainment. Meanwhile, the consulate has shamefully failed to provide him the full Assistance To Nationals funds they promised. JOIN US in keeping up the pressure and let’s keep demanding that they do their job! 🔥

This International Workers Day (on PH 🇵🇭time), let’s show the Consulate and Jose Romualdez the weight of their negligence through our grassroots people power 💪

And at 3-4 pm, join us as we mobilize in front of the consulate (556 5th Ave, NYC) to confront the consuls on their gatekeeping of the Assistance to Nationals (ATN) funds!

🔥 Phone script + Email templates: tinyurl.com/barragescript

🌊 Fill out this post barrage form after phone/emails to record the Consulate’s response: tinyurl.com/PCGNYDoYourJob

It’s SPRING and we’re ready to SPRING INTO ACTION! 🌸✊️😤 Anakbayan Rutgers is beyond excited to announce a month of collective efforts led by us and several other organizations to defend migrant rights in our communities and build up our skills in organizing. If you’ve ever been interested in learning more and getting involved, now is the time! Feel free to DM for more info/questions and check out the linktree in our bio.

Migrant rights are human rights. The diversity of our immigrant communities in New Brunswick is one of our greatest strengths. We want to hear from YOU about what you’re concerned about when it comes to these issues and how they impact you, your family and our local community.
