🏕️🔥 Family Fun Camp Out is back! 🌭✨

Pack your tents and lanterns and join us at Cypress Bend Park on October 10–11 for an overnight adventure filled with family fun and outdoor activities!

Tent setup begins at 3 p.m., followed by an evening packed with:
🎲 Family games
🔥 S’mores time presented by the library
🏹 Archery with Fischer Park
…and plenty of time to enjoy the great outdoors together!

The evening’s activities wrap up around 9:30 p.m., and the fun continues the next morning with Goat Yoga at 8 a.m. 🐐🧘‍♀️

Tomorrow, September 11, 2026, the City of New Braunfels will hold a ceremony marking the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

The event will begin at 7:25 a.m. and feature members of the New Braunfels Fire Department and New Braunfels Police Department Honor Guard, who will march from the downtown Central Fire Station on Hill Avenue to Main Plaza. The ceremony will begin at approximately 7:40 a.m.

On Friday, September 11, 2026, the City of New Braunfels will hold a ceremony marking the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.

The event will begin at 7:25 a.m. and feature members of the New Braunfels Fire Department and New Braunfels Police Department Honor Guard, who will march from the downtown Central Fire Station on Hill Avenue to Main Plaza. The ceremony will begin at approximately 7:40 a.m.

The ceremony will include a flag-raising and lowering ceremony at 7:46 a.m., commemorating the time American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center. The ceremony will also include an invocation, brief remarks from local dignitaries, and a bell ringing in memory of fallen first responders.

Traffic around Main Plaza will be closed beginning at approximately 7:15 a.m. Those attending the ceremony are encouraged to gather near the flagpole and bandstand.
