I am so excited about this "Community Connection" event coming up for the fall. I can still remember getting candy in the stadium as a young Tiger.

I appreciate Councilman Ryan Ottney, Mayor Ralph Imes, and Police Chief Chris Dixon's collective efforts in planning and collaborating with the school to make this event possible!

~New Boston School Bootcamp News~

🐾❤️ We had a great first week of Kindergarten Bootcamp! ❤️🐾

Our future Kindergarten Tigers had a wonderful week learning, exploring, making new friends, and getting comfortable with their school environment. We are so proud of all the excitement, smiles, and hard work they brought each day!

One of the highlights of Bootcamp has been earning Bootcamp Brag Tags (dog tags) for demonstrating positive behaviors and leadership skills. Students can earn tags such as:

🧸 Carpet Champion
✋ Hand-Raising Manners
🤝 Friendship Force
🪑 Chair Commander
👣 Walking Feet Warrior

🎓 Bootcamp Graduate

The students have loved collecting their brag tags and showing off their accomplishments!

All students enrolled for Kindergarten at New Boston Schools are welcome to attend! If you have not enrolled your child yet, simply stop by the school office between 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.to complete enrollment.

📅 We have one more week of Kindergarten Bootcamp in June: June 8–12.

📚🌴 We are especially excited for our first field trip on Friday, June 12! Students will visit the New Boston Library for a fun Beach-Themed Storytime filled with a story, sensory activity, and summer fun.

🐯 Part 2 of Kindergarten Bootcamp will take place July 27 – August 7, giving our future Tigers even more opportunities to build confidence, build friendships, and get ready for a successful school year.

We can't wait to see everyone as our future Kindergarten Tigers continue to learn, grow, and earn more brag tags!
