The 55th Annual Perry County Community Fair may have come to a close, but the vision for the future of our fairgrounds is just getting started.

The memories, traditions, and community spirit we celebrated this week remind us why this place matters so much. Now, it’s time to turn that pride into progress.

Our fundraising efforts are underway.
Our plans for improvements are moving forward.
And we need our community behind us.

From improved facilities and indoor plumbing to new year-round event space, a commercial kitchen, heating and air conditioning, and an expanded stage, we’re working to create a fairgrounds that can serve Perry County for generations to come.

The fairgrounds belong to all of us—and its future will be built by all of us.

Stay tuned for ways you can give, get involved, and help us build the future of the Perry County Fairgrounds.

The fair may be over. The work continues. And together, we can make what comes next even better.

Liverpool Main Street continues to support community‑centered programming alongside local partners, helping create welcoming spaces for families to gather and enjoy time together.

Please plan on joining us for these coming events sponsored by the Liverpool Lions Club. Up first is Movie Night, August 29, 2026, hosted by the Liverpool Main Street Committee. Join us at the carnival grounds for an evening of fun, food, and family entertainment as we present the animated adventure comedy Migration — a heartwarming story about the Mallard family’s journey to step outside their comfort zone and discover the world together.
Festivities begin at 6:00 PM, featuring:

The Perry County Fairgrounds has been creating memories for generations. Now, we have an opportunity to invest in its future—and we need our community’s help to make it happen.

Our Fairgrounds Revitalization Project will help transform the grounds into a year-round destination for fairs, concerts, weddings, meetings, agricultural events, and community gatherings.

But a project this important takes more than plans. It takes community support.

You can help by:
• Making a donation to the Fairgrounds Capital Campaign
• Becoming a campaign sponsor
• Sharing the project with friends, family, and local businesses
• Stopping by our booth at the Perry County Community Fair to learn more
