• Take short breaks throughout the day—even 10 minutes can help you recharge.
• Stay hydrated and try not to skip meals.
• Accept help from family and friends when it’s offered.
• Make time for something you enjoy, whether it’s a walk, music, prayer, reading, or simply sitting quietly.
