Today, the Neuse River Region Association of REALTORS® pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who answered tragedy with extraordinary bravery.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the lives, the sacrifice, and the strength shown by a nation united.

🏡 August 2026 Market Stats Are Here! 📊

What did the housing market look like across Craven, Jones, and Pamlico Counties in August? We saw some interesting shifts from July, with each county telling its own story.

📈 Craven County saw a slight increase in median sales price, while inventory and new listings decreased.

🏠 Jones County had a notable jump in median sales price and an increase in new listings, even as closed sales slowed.

🌊 Pamlico County experienced decreases in median sales price, inventory, and new listings compared with July.

Across the region, the median sales price remained relatively steady, while closed sales and available inventory declined from the previous month.
