New Albany Fire/Rescue

New Albany Fire/Rescue Provide Fire/Rescue services for The City of New Albany and Union County Mississippi. Currently we have two Stations.

We are a combination Full time/Volunteer Department with 20 Full-time personnel, 7 part-time and 9 volunteers. Our Equipment consists of Engine 1, Truck 2, Rescue 1 for Auto Extrication/Rescue responding to all parts of New Albany and Union County,MS. Squad 1,Polaris Ranger used for Tanglefoot Rails to Trails, and Reserve Engine 3. All Full time Personnel must attend the State Fire Academy in Jack

son(Pearl), MS. All Volunteers must meet Training and Attendance requirements. We are dispatched thru Union County,MS 911 Emergency Dispatch

🇺🇸 Annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

Join us as we gather to remember, honor, and reflect on September 11, 2001.

This solemn event pays tribute to the 2,977 lives lost and to the brave men and women who faced unimaginable danger to save others.

Some participants will climb every flight in remembrance of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. But you do not have to climb every flight to be part of this meaningful event. Everyone is welcome to join us, whether you climb, walk, or simply stand with us in remembrance.

We gather to be inspired to be better.
