Earlier today, Wedgewood Healthcare hosted Nursing Home Games! We had 35 participants from Wedgewood, Green Valley Care Center and Lincoln Hills Health Care. We celebrated 40 years of Senior Games with a 1980’s party.

Can I qualify for the GUIDE program if I’m enrolled in other programs?
You cannot qualify for the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) program if you are:
❌ In a long-term care facility
❌ Utilizing your hospice benefit
❌ Enrolled in the PACE program
You may qualify for GUIDE if you receive other services such as nutrition or transportation support, Medicaid Waiver services, etc.
