The river level here is 11.4 this morning. I see a few boat denting trees floating by. However it has crested. Maybe Friday or Saturday it will be down low enough to safely try. There are a lot of days left in the year to go fishing, don't be a hero. LOL

Our group caught and released over 2500 fish last year. I book the entire lodge for the group. I have 4 additional openings for this year. Up here the river is too high now to safely fish and be productive. For me the Towanda gauge must be below 6ft to take out clients. Yes, over the years I've been on it at 10ft back when I was young, invincible, and a bit stupid, but I hope after 46 years of being a guide, I'm a little bit smarter now.
