UPDATE 3:06PM: Water service has been restored. If you experience any air in the lines, please run your faucets for a few minutes and it should fix itself.

As a reminder, if you do experience any further issues past closing, you can dial 662-393-0140 and choose any of the options (paying a bill or starting/stopping service) to speak to a representative or even leave a voicemail.

UPDATE 1:06PM: Our techs are still working on this and it's running past the previous 1pm restoration mark. I apologize for the inconvenience!

UPDATE 11:50AM: The techs are on the last part of the work and the water should be back on by 1pm.

The water at Dean Rd, Fogg Rd, and Horn Lake Rd will be off as they finish a repair from yesterday! This will also affect the surrounding areas as well.
There is no ETA for restoration, but the techs will keep working until it is fixed!

1pm Update: Water service has been restored!

11:40am update: They are still working!

The water main on Tulane has sprung a leak.
The water will be off on Tulane to Church all the way to Amy Drive.
There is no exact ETA, but the techs will keep working until they have it fixed.

UPDATE: Water service has been restored!

The water will be off on Horn Lake Road between Starlanding Road and Nesbit Road as a line is repaired. We apologize for the inconvenience!
No estimated time for restoration, but they will keep working until it is done.

The water main on Dean road has been hit. The water will be off on Fogg Rd, Dean Rd, and Horn Lake Rd while it is repaired.
There is no estimated time of when the water will be restored, but they will continue working on it until it is fixed.

We are currently repairing a water leak at Fogg Rd / Dean Rd. Water should be restored in 2 to 3 hours.

Due to rain this morning, we were unable to complete our work. We will shut the water off tomorrow (Friday 5-24-24) at 9 am. Work should be completed by 12 pm. The areas that will be affected are Dean Road, Fogg Road, Sparks Road, Nesbit Road, Mabry Road, Horn Lake Road, Pounders Road, Oak Hill Road and Rustic Ridge Subdivision. We will be installing a water line on Dean Road, Thursday 5-23-24. (weather permitting) Water will be turned off at 9 am. The areas that will be affected are Dean Road, Fogg Road, Sparks Road, Nesbit Road, Horn Lake Road and Rustic Ridge Subdivision. We are sorry for an inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently repairing a broken water line on HWY 301 / Church Rd. area. Water will be turned off. The leak is in a wooded area and our crew is digging up 2 trees to replace the line. They are working as fast as they can to restore your water. Please be patient and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
